I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, enjoying the excellent service and the spacious rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel valued. However, the restaurant service during breakfast could improve, as some staff were indifferent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and attentive service.

My stay at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel was truly good. The room I had was clean, spacious, and came with a lovely view of the racecourse. however, there were some minor maintenance issues that needed attention. The service was really good, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, although the restaurant could use a little more variety in the buffet spread. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning.
